THE ELITE CAPITAL RESEARCH UNIT (UREC)

Our concern is to train the future executives of private and public organizations in tomorrow’s management and management methods and to provide managers with tools to guide their business and decision-making elements.

Since then, the main disciplines of Management Sciences are represented in our unit around three main areas of expertise: Accounting-Control-Finance, Marketing and Management. The activity of members of the research unit is structured in three transversal research axes around a unifying theme “Norms and globalization”. This research program aims to shed light on the upheavals linked to the 3rd industrial revolution, more specifically by researchers in Management Sciences for whom the subject of observation is the organization, whether public or private, small or multinational; but also the leader, the investor, the consumer, the user or the employee.

As a result, the various research projects carried out at ÉLITE CAPITAL are developed in close relationship with companies and public organizations in order to offer them theoretical grids and decision support tools to understand and act on the issues of society today and tomorrow. Finally, ELITE CAPITAL will also strive to be a member of the doctoral schools, which marks its commitment on the one hand, to train high-level doctors and on the other, to carry out collaborative research with other scientific fields such as economics, finance, sociology, geography, or information-communication.
